PENNSAUKEN, NEW JERSEY
Located about four miles east of Downtown Philadelphia with great visibility and access to U.S. Route 130 and S Crescent Boulevard. This facility will include 24-hour security camera monitoring, coded keypads for entry/exit, a secured drive-in loading area, elevator access, shipping/packing supplies, as well as green mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Construction will start in Q1 of 2024.
LAKELAND, FLORIDA
Located about 5 minutes from downtown Lakeland with great visibility along Harden Boulevard and access to Florida State Road 570.
The facility will feature fully climate-controlled, modern loading areas, video surveillance, elevator and other features. Construction will start in Q1 of 2024.

PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND
Providence is in a rapidly gentrifying area located in the US Northeast region. Being one of the main submarkets to not receive a self-storage facility, this provides a rare first-mover advantage. Additionally, a recent moratorium has been imposed in this area, restricting future competition in the storage market. The facility is operated and managed, pursuant to a third-party management agreement, by Extra Space, one of the major self-storage REITs.
RACINE, WISCONSIN
Racine is located in a favorable supply/demand market in the US Midwest region. This facility is a Class-A unique indoor drive-through; this offering is a first to the market. It features fully climate-controlled, modern loading areas, video surveillance, and a drive-through for customer’s total convenience. The facility is operated and managed, pursuant to a third-party management agreement, by Public Storage, one of the major self-storage REITs.
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA
Minneapolis, along with its surrounding submarkets, houses a densely populated area characterized by a low per capita square footage penetration rate. Following its development, the facility is operated and managed, in accordance with an agreement for third-party management, by Public Storage.
NORTH ARLINGTON, NEW JERSEY
We started construction on this property in September 2019, later selling it in April 2021. The NRSF (net rentable square feet) was 70,000+. It is a large 5-story Class A facility, with 24-hour video surveillance, electronic access, and an elevator. It is also climate-controlled. The project was completed both under budget and ahead of schedule.
